Essence of talent strategy: Talents are strategic resources. The core of talent strategy is cultivating, attracting, utilizing and excavating talents. Talent strategy is for realizing better development in the future as well as facilitating the enterprise’s sustainable and longer-term advancement.
The trainings are classified into public course training and internal training in the department. The training of public course is carried out by Department of Human Resources, while the internal training is carried out by each department under the supervision of Department of Human Resources. There are two paths of development, respectively technology and management. At present, “Operators’ Promotion Training”, “Group Leaders’ Competence Training” and “Technicians’ Promotion Training” are carried out. Employees’ promotion training system will be set up later.
